11. Cancellations and Refunds
* 1. After canceling your order, We will send a cancellation slip on your email id stating the refund amount. * 2. On receiving the cancellation slip, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. If we have received the payment thru a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque/DD within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of cancellation slip.
